At Gioris.com, our goal is to keep you happy with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt, provided the items are in original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached (if applicable), and in original packaging.
  • Pierced earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Manufacturing defects are eligible for free returns.
  • A 20% re-stocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.

Gift Returns:

  • Returns for gifts require the order number and name from the original order.
  • Once gift card or store credit used for the purchase, we aren't able to refund to original payment method anymore. We will be accepting only defected products as a return.
  • The exchange process for gifts follows the same policy as regular returns.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@gioris.com with "Return" or "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line, and state your reason for the request.
    • For defective or damaged items, please include a high-resolution image of the issue.
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3-5 business days. This number is required for processing exchanges or refunds.
  3. Return Shipping: Return items must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned items.

Final Approval: We reserve the right to final approval on all returns, exchanges, and credits.
