At Gioris.com, our goal is to keep you happy with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt, provided the items are in original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached (if applicable), and in original packaging.
- Pierced earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Manufacturing defects are eligible for free returns.
- A 20% re-stocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.
Gift Returns:
- Returns for gifts require the order number and name from the original order.
- Once gift card or store credit used for the purchase, we aren't able to refund to original payment method anymore. We will be accepting only defected products as a return.
- The exchange process for gifts follows the same policy as regular returns.
How to Start a Return:

Contact Us: Email info@gioris.com with "Return" or "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line, and state your reason for the request.
- For defective or damaged items, please include a high-resolution image of the issue.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3-5 business days. This number is required for processing exchanges or refunds.
- Return Shipping: Return items must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned items.
Final Approval: We reserve the right to final approval on all returns, exchanges, and credits.
